Thank you for taking the time to submit your information to the church. This information is vital to the church and allows us to get the right information to the right people to help us all serve God better. Even if you think we already have all your current information we need every family and individual to fill out these forms. Rest assured that we do not publish or reveal any information you instruct us to keep private. For church directories and ministry reports we publish your name, address, and phone number (unless you tell us otherwise), and children's names.

The process is a bit different depending on whether or not you're married and whether or not you have children. For married couples it is recommended that you fill out the forms together as each partner will be required to fill out information about themselves. Since we like to keep information about husbands and wives together, you must submit the forms all at once. There is no time limit and nothing is sent to us until you hit the final submit button. It should only take 5-10 minutes to complete the entire process.

If you've already submitted your data through either the online form or the paper version and only need to make minor changes to you personal data such as address, phone number, work phone, etc check out the update my personal data form here. Note, everyone needs to fill out the online or paper forms once even if you think the church office has your information in an old directory.
